EASY RETURNS We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping within a 30 day period. We will also gladly accept the return of any of our products except custom or engraved items, for any other reason within a 30 day period, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever. Who Are We? Our parent company, BR Internet consists of three customer service representatives and the owner, more than 6,000 square feet of warehouse space, and several supporting warehouses and staff for its various lines of product. History BR Internet got its start in 1989 as a newsstand located in Austin, Texas. Newsstands used to be found in the downtown district of every major city and they stocked a variety of essential items. Over the years we have evolved into a group of Internet stores that now carry more than 16 product lines from men's shaving products to reading glasses, to drinking flasks & more.
